About this file
This document is a Preliminary Electrical Load Analysis for the SCI Forest - B6 project. The analysis covers the electrical loads for various equipment and systems, including air curtains, booths, hydraulic equipment, metalworking machinery, and extraction systems. The document provides details on the amperage, voltage, and kilowatt-volt-ampere (kVA) requirements for the different electrical loads. It also includes information on the existing electrical service capacity and connected loads, as well as the estimated new electrical loads. The document notes that the exact loads will need to be confirmed once the basis of design equipment specifications are provided.
The document does not contain any information about a state or local contract opportunity. It appears to be an internal technical document related to the electrical design requirements for the SCI Forest - B6 project.

NOTE:
(1) 80% of 2000A main circuit breaker used unless 100% rated breaker is installed. Owner to confirm.
(2) Values obtained from the existing drawings
(3) Load information provided by owner. kVA/W calculations were adjusted for standard voltage rating and # of phase. Where the phase values are not clear, 3ph is assumed. Exact load will be confirmed after basis of design equipment specifications are provided. These loads exclude Paint booth, Dry booth cure chamber and Sand blast booth.
Item E and F - confirm electrical requirment and identify which one is the column lift being changed to 220/3PH. Item F - identify location.
Item S - identify location.
Item U and P - clarify how many will be used at one time to determine the number of outlets. Currently showing 4 outlets for each item.
