About this file

This document is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet titled "Schedule G Section 2 Software Table" for RFP No. 250000002307, which appears to be a state contract opportunity, likely for the State of Michigan. The spreadsheet is a detailed template for bidders to provide comprehensive information about software solutions for a potential contract, focusing on various software systems including Plan Sponsor Portal, Member Portal, Contractor to Provider Portal, and Claim Processing System. The document requires bidders to provide extensive details about their software, including user types, access levels, estimated user counts, mobile responsiveness, authentication methods, hosting arrangements, and data management capabilities.

The software evaluation template seeks in-depth technical information from potential contractors, including specifics on software scalability, performance, network connectivity requirements, mobile device compatibility, access control mechanisms, hosting locations for state data, and data retention/disposal processes. Bidders must disclose any third-party or open-source code, indicate whether their offering is a software, service, or combination, and confirm how they will manage and store state data. The document appears designed to comprehensively assess potential software solutions' technical capabilities, performance characteristics, and compliance with state requirements, with a particular emphasis on security, accessibility, and data management.
