About this file

This is a Schedule B Pricing form for Request for Proposal No. 260000002435 issued by the State of Michigan for Bridge Deck Repairs at the I-75/I-69 Interchange in Genesee County. The project encompasses two primary service categories: hand chipping and deck patching, and traffic control. For hand chipping and deck patching, contractors must provide pricing for deck patching work covering 255 square yards and mobilization as a lump sum. Traffic control pricing includes a comprehensive array of items such as Type III barricades, fluorescent plastic drums, arrow boards, portable changeable message signs, temporary prismatic signage, and mobile attenuators, with quantities ranging from 2 to 4,570 units depending on the item type and measured in various units including tons, feet, square feet, and each.

Contractors are required to submit pricing using the provided Excel spreadsheet format, with the option to submit an additional non-modifiable format such as PDF. All price proposals must include all associated costs, including one-time charges, set-up fees, shipping, handling, and any other costs that may be charged to the State. Bidders must complete the Unit Price column for each line item, and the form calculates the total price for each line and an overall grand total. By submitting a proposal, contractors certify that prices were developed independently without consultation or agreement with other contractors. The document emphasizes that quantities listed are estimates only and that the State is not obligated to purchase in those quantities or any other amounts.
