All price proposals must include comprehensive costs covering one-time or setup charges, fees, and any potential expenses the contractor may charge the State, such as shipping and handling, per-piece pricing, and palletizing. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment terms with a specified percentage discount off invoices if payment is received within a designated number of days after invoice receipt.
