SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS FOR STORAGE CABINETS

A. Cabinet Finish: Cabinets made from high-quality steel sheets, high-quality, durable powder coat finish that is smooth, uniform and attractive but provides impact and wear resistance. Drawer cabinets require corrosion protection in every seam.

B. Unique drawer construction: Guide track supports, and front and rear panels welded to the drawer bottom provide full dimensional stability.

C. Exclusive drawer suspension system: Suspension system with quiet Polyoxymethylene (POM) bearings, enhancing strength, hardness, dimensional stability, fatigue resistance, low wear and low friction.

D. Full drawer extension: Drawers must slide out 100% even with a full load, allowing complete use of the furthest corners and easy access to all contents.

E. Drawer weight capacity: Max weight is 440 lb. full-extension suspension.

F. One-drawer-at-a-time safety system: Equipped with Anti-tipping interlock system. Prevents tipping by locking remaining drawers when one is extended, providing optimal safety.

G. Hinged drawer handle covers: Handle cover must have hinged plastic cover that easily opens and closes to allow labels to be added and changed, while protecting labels from handling, tears and dirt.

H. Customizable drawer layouts: Partitioning slots on all four sides. Allows flexible subdivision for better item organization and faster retrieval.

I. Convenient drawer dividers: Angled top edges. Allows for fast, accurate identification of compartment contents and accommodate labels.

J. Flush handles: Drawer handles must be flush with cabinet housing when closed so nothing protrudes, improving safety and appearance

K. Locking systems: Cabinets will have identical locks with a group, each with 2 keys; the same key opens all cabinets within the group.

L. Secure cabinet placement: Cabinets can be anchored directly to the floor or bolted to adjacent units for stable, secure positioning with no shifting or creating a tipping/ falling hazard.

M. Butcher block/Stainless Steel tops: Butcher Block:1-3/4" thick hardwood. Stainless Steel: 1-3/4” thick (stainless over wood).

N. Cabinet Shelves: has a load capacity of 440 pounds.

O. One piece drawer face and handle: the handle is welded to the bottom of the drawer for added stability.

P: Full Height Side Walls: allows for optimal use of the systems cubic storage capacity.
