About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum for a NASPO ValuePoint cooperative contract for Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products. The addendum is between Safariland, LLC (the Contractor) and the State of North Dakota (the Participating State/Entity), with the State of Colorado serving as the Lead State administering the master agreement. The contract is associated with Master Agreement No. 164720 and enables various government entities in North Dakota to purchase body armor and related products through this cooperative purchasing vehicle.

The contract allows state entities, higher education institutions, counties, cities, townships, public educational entities, governmental boards, nonprofit organizations, tribal agencies, and transportation providers to purchase body armor and ballistic resistant products from Safariland, LLC. The participation is voluntary, and the estimated contract volume is not predetermined. All authorized Safariland, LLC distributors in North Dakota, as listed on their dedicated NASPO ValuePoint website, are approved to provide sales and service support. Any orders placed under this agreement will be governed by the master agreement's prices and terms unless the parties explicitly agree in writing to alternative terms.
