About this file
This document is an Official Bid Price Sheet for a state and local contract opportunity in Arkansas, specifically involving Pulaski County and the City of Little Rock. The contract is for Metadata Unit Manager & Technicians services. Prospective contractors are instructed to provide the total one-year cost for the services, which must include all costs associated with the activities and tasks outlined in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and the contractor's proposal. Contractors are also required to provide a detailed cost breakdown for each activity and task, and the total cost from the breakdown must match the total cost provided in the first table. The state may request further breakdown of the identified costs during the Discussion Phase, but the total cost must not exceed the amount provided in the first table.
Regarding pricing, the document outlines specific instructions for how prospective contractors should provide the cost information, including the per unit cost, unit of measurement, and estimated number of units for each activity and task. The document also states that in the event of a discrepancy between the two tables, the first table shall govern.
