About this file
This document is an Amendment No. 3 to a Mandatory Use Contract issued by the State of Ohio's Department of Administrative Services (DAS), General Services Division, Office of Procurement Services. Previous amendments have included a price index update and a 24-month renewal. The contract can be accessed online at http://www.ohio.gov/procure and has provisions for potential further renewals, with a cumulative renewal period not to exceed 48 months unless additional renewal is deemed necessary by the contracting agency.
