About this file

RFTP (Two-Step Construction) Solicitation Summary

This is a Request for Two-Step Construction Proposals (RFTP) document for Multiple Trades Services in Texas, solicitation number 2026000020. The solicitation encompasses multiple trade contracts for landscaping and plumbing services. The document outlines the two-step procurement process, which typically requires contractors to submit qualifications and experience documentation in the first step, followed by detailed price proposals in the second step upon invitation to proceed. The solicitation establishes the framework for competitive bidding among qualified contractors and specifies the administrative procedures, evaluation criteria, and contractual requirements that bidders must follow throughout the procurement process.

The specific details regarding response deadlines, site visit requirements, bidders' conferences, contract term, renewal options, pricing structures, set-asides, and funding sources are not clearly discernible from the document title and reference information provided. To obtain comprehensive information on these essential procurement elements—including submission dates, evaluation timelines, award dates, contract duration, pricing terms, minority or disadvantaged business set-asides, and budget allocations—the complete RFTP document would require detailed review of its contents.
