Uninterruptible Power Supplies The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), Office of Administration and Resources Management (OARM) has a requirement for Uninterruptable Power Supplies at the U.S. EPA, Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center (AWBERC) Facility in Cincinnati, OH. The Uninterruptible Power Supplies will include:

Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of contract.

This acquisition is set-a-side for small business and will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 with a business size of 500 employee. The Government intends to make award on a “Lowest Price Technically Acceptable” basis on or about October 30, 2015.

Technical acceptability will be determined based on the minimum specifications to be identified in the solicitation.

Due to time constraints, it is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the FedConnect website, https://www.fedconnect.net/, on or about October 13, 2015. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
