In addition to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items the following information is provided:
Quotation Information
Your quote shall comply fully with all applicable clauses and provisions stated in this Request For Quote (RFQ). Any additions, deletions, or changes to this solicitation will be made by amendment to this RFQ. Each amendment will be identified by number, and receipt thereof shall be acknowledged upon proposal submittal.
Labor Categories
You shall provide the Labor Categories and Hours to meet the government’s requirement as defined by Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW) for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) and SubCLIN in Attachment 2, Price List. Pricing shall clearly identify all factors impacting the total order cost. The Offeror shall identify in your pricing quote the labor categories and the proposed hours. Attachment 2, Price List is an excel matrix created to assist you in providing your Price Proposal. In determining best value for purposes of this Order, the Government will evaluate the capability of each Contractor on the basis of the following two (2) factors listed where all evaluation factors other than cost or price when combined are approximately equal to cost or price:
1. Price (Quote)
2. Technical Proposal
