General Information A. Agreement Term The contract term will be from October 01, 2026, or upon contract approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2029.
B. Contract Budget Amount The contract maximum will be set based on the awarded vendor’s total quote.
C. Purpose and Description of Services The North Central Region 2 campus requires pest management services to ensure that the campus is clean and safe for staff and visitors. In addition to insects, arachnids, and other such pests, the campus has incessant rodent issues where pests have been known to damage hundreds of dollars’ worth of valuable property and leave feces and urine, increasing the risk of health hazards. A monthly service is needed to maintain pest control and promptly address any issues that may arise.
Also, to help prevent pests from entering the NCR 2 HQ. warehouse, the Department purchased two Xcluder door sweeps that need to be fitted and securely installed on the two warehouse rollup doors to minimize gaps between the bottom of the doors and the floor. Installation includes cutting the door sweeps to size and drilling or other minor modification necessary for proper installation.
For a detailed description of work to be performed, see Exhibit A, Scope of Work, which is attached hereto within the sample DFW 210 standard agreement.
