Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
General Contractors
PURPOSE
The Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians (CTCLUSI) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified and licensed General Contractors interested in being placed on the Tribe’s Preferred Vendor List for construction, renovation, maintenance, repair, and related contracting services.
To facilitate contractor availability and response times throughout Oregon, the State has been divided into four geographic service regions (quadrants):
• Northwest (NW)
• Southwest (SW)
• Northeast (NE)
• Southeast (SE)
Contractors may submit qualifications for one or more quadrants based on their service area, staffing capacity, and ability to respond to project needs.
The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a pool of qualified General Contractors that may be utilized for various maintenance, repair, renovation, emergency response, capital improvement, and construction projects at Tribal facilities and properties.
Placement on the Preferred Vendor List does not guarantee work but allows the Tribe to solicit quotes and proposals from pre-qualified contractors as project needs arise.
