ITS is requesting quotes for a cloud-based video training library for end-users of Microsoft 365 (M365). The requirements include an off-the-shelf SaaS solution with a per-user rate based on a minimum of 2,500 licenses, dynamic e-learning modules that are updated as technology is updated, a collated library of short trainings, reporting capabilities, and administration features such as customizable learning paths and SSO. Quotes are due by 5:00 pm MT on 1/10/2023, with delivery and installation required within 30 days after receipt of order. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible vendor with the lowest total cost, with an initial term of one year and four optional renewal years.

The RFQ includes a pricing sheet that vendors must complete, with line items for the annual SaaS subscription cost per user for the initial year and four optional renewal years. Vendors must indicate if they can meet the delivery timeline, and provide an explanation if a longer delivery time is required. The State of Idaho reserves the right to award the contract to the vendor with the lowest total cost.
