About this file

This document is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by the Idaho Division of Purchasing on behalf of the Idaho Information Technology Services (ITS) for Enterprise Password Management Software. The RFQ outlines the requirements for a software solution that provides a secure password vault, including user and administrator licenses, integration with Azure AD and DUO MFA, and the ability to monitor for dark web breaches. The required solution must also offer features such as password rotation automation, delegated access via Azure AD groups, and full audit logging. The RFQ specifies a delivery date of June 1, 2024, or as coordinated with the ITS contacts, and the resulting contract will be for one year with four optional one-year renewals.

The RFQ requires vendors to submit their total cost through the IPRO LUMA system. Quotes must include the State of Idaho Signature Page and Manufacturer Warranty Information. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible vendor with the lowest total cost.
