The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations seeks quotes to supply 30 base primate cage racks that meet detailed specifications including compatibility with existing Lab Products cages, stainless steel construction capable of autoclaving, adjustable five-tier design, and safety features. Quotes are due by September 23, 2021 and award will be made on a lowest priced technically acceptable basis. The period of performance requires drawings within five days of award and shipment within 150 days of approved drawings.
The RFQ incorporates standard FAR and HHSAR clauses and provides attachments for offeror representations and certifications as well as contract terms. The COR will monitor performance and technical requirements. Quotes should separate technical and pricing details, specifying if shipping is bundled, and include tax identification and DUNS numbers. Questions are due by September 22 with quotes to be submitted electronically in Microsoft Office formats.
