The City seeks qualified vendors to provide compressed hydrogen fuel, fueling services, electronic transaction reporting, and fleet account management. The RFQ specifies two service locations: Heavy Equipment Shop at 5050 Coliseum Way, Oakland, CA 94601, and Light Equipment Shop at 7101 Edgewater Drive Building 5, Oakland, CA 94621. Questions regarding the solicitation are due by Friday, October 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM via email to Procurement Buyer John Lansangan. Bid proposals must be submitted through iSupplier by Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The estimated total contract value is $250,000 divided among qualified and approved vendors. Vendors must accept the City's existing fleet payment system or another City-approved electronic payment solution and provide downloadable electronic transaction reports capturing vehicle identification, driver identification if required, date and time, kilograms dispensed, unit price, and total transaction amount. Performance standards require a minimum station availability of 98 percent, customer support during normal business hours with emergency contact availability after hours, and quarterly performance review capability upon request. All vendors must maintain insurance required by the City and comply with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, NFPA, and applicable California regulations.
