About this file

This is an amendment to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by Austin Transit Partnership (ATP) for Investment Advisor Services. The amendment, effective September 10, 2026, revises the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) submission deadline from September 17, 2026, to September 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. No pre-bid or proposal conference is scheduled. Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the submission deadline by signing and returning the amendment, acknowledging receipt on the Solicitation, Offer and Award form, or submitting a separate letter or telegram referencing the solicitation and amendment number. Failure to acknowledge receipt may result in rejection of the offer.

The amendment addresses three substantive clarifications to the original RFQ. First, the two-page Executive Summary Letter is confirmed to be included within the 25-page SOQ limit, with exclusions for the RFQ Form, required resumes, organizational charts, and other required forms or certifications remaining unchanged. Second, specific reference information requirements are clarified: for client references under Sections 2.3(d)(IV) and 2.3(f), respondents must provide the client name, client address, contact person's phone number, length of time the entity has been a client, and the types of investment management services provided. For comparable public fund clients, the client name and length of time as a client must be provided. Third, the ATP procurement contact email address is corrected to Joshua.Chronley@atptx.org. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
