As broker representatives, we are not authorized to sign a lease on behalf of a Lessor. The market standard is an "Authority to Represent" Letter delegating authority to the broker representative to negotiate on behalf of the Lessor, but the Lessor themselves are the Authorized Signatory to execute and effectuate a lease. Can you clarify what kind of documentation would be required for a broker representative to be authorized to submit the offer?
A corporate certificate indicating your company’s authority to negotiate on behalf of lessor(s).
No
