PURPOSE OF SOLICITATION AMENDMENT:
The purpose of this amendment is to address questions regarding RFP 75N93022R00004.
Question 1: During task order competition, will there be any provision for small business set-asides at any task area or will the small businesses compete with the large ones on all task orders in all task areas?
Answer 1: This RFP is not set-aside and is full and open competition. This also applies to the individual task orders awarded. A small business would be competing with any other businesses in the pool which may include large businesses. The government will not set aside individual task orders.
Question 2: Will the government consider on-ramping in the future to any competent small businesses?
