About this file
This document is an Attachment 2 - Modification and Exception Form related to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (Department) for Foster Parent Recruitment and Retention services. The RFP seeks proposals to work collaboratively with the Department to successfully double the ratio of licensed foster families to one point five (1.5) families per child by July 1, 2026. The scope of work includes recruitment services, such as ensuring coordinators and mentors are properly trained, and retention services, with the number of resource peer mentors in each region to be determined based on need. The Department is willing to accept some modifications proposed by the offeror, such as changes to the regional coverage and welcome kits, but does not accept modifications to the overall recruitment goal or termination provisions.
The document also includes the related state and local contract opportunity details, which show this is an RFP issued by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare seeking proposals for foster parent recruitment and retention services. No additional pricing, set aside, or funding information is provided in the document.
