About this file

This document is Addendum #1 for RFP-25-5, issued by the Canaveral Port Authority (CPA) for Pressure Washing Services on an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis. The addendum modifies two key specifications in the original Request for Proposal: first, it clarifies the proposal page limitation to a maximum of 10 pages, excluding covers, backs, and specific tabs; second, it adds a requirement that if awarded a contract, the respondent must provide Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) badging at their own expense for employees working in secured areas.

The addendum does not provide specific details about contract value, duration, or evaluation criteria, but indicates the solicitation is for pressure washing services across the Canaveral Port Authority's facilities. The document was released via VendorLink on December 1, 2024, and requires bidders to acknowledge receipt of the addendum on their bid form. Interested vendors can find additional TWIC badging information on the port's website at https://www.portcanaveral.com/About/TWIC-Information.
