About this file
This document is a Sources Sought Questionnaire issued by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport for a Light Indicator procurement (Solicitation RFISS-145). The government is conducting market research to identify potential contractors with capabilities to provide a light indicator product, as specified in Drawing Package 351-24513-1. The questionnaire requires responding businesses to provide detailed information about their company, including employee count, small business status, past performance, capability to provide the product, recommended NAICS/PSC codes, setup time, delivery processes, estimated costs, and historical experience with similar complex systems.
The sources sought notice emphasizes that this is a voluntary information-gathering exercise and does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal. Interested contractors are asked to complete the attached questionnaire and return it via email to brook.m.smith.civ@us.navy.mil by the specified response date. Respondents are explicitly warned to avoid including classified or controlled information and must adhere to Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements. The government reserves the right to not respond to specific questions and makes no financial commitments to companies providing information in response to this notice.
