The Commonwealth maintains a self-insured Workers' Compensation Program that provides benefits to eligible Commonwealth employees, with the TPA coordinating claims management, medical bill repricing, data management, and litigation-related activities in accordance with applicable laws. All submitted materials become Commonwealth property and are subject to disclosure under Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law unless properly designated as trade secrets or confidential proprietary information with appropriate justification and documentation. Respondents bear all costs associated with preparing a response, and participation in this RFI does not guarantee consideration or selection in any future procurement. The Commonwealth reserves the right to amend, reissue, or abandon the RFI process at any time and may procure future work through any available procurement method.
