Individual follow-up sessions with selected respondents will be scheduled at a later date via virtual meeting.

The RFI requests detailed information across six categories: company background and NG9-1-1 experience; technical capabilities including ESInet architecture, NGCS capabilities, multimedia support, GIS integration, and disaster recovery options; cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards; implementation timelines and support structures; and non-binding pricing information covering ESInet costs, call handling equipment, GIS services, implementation and integration costs, recurring service fees, and optional modules. Responses should be submitted electronically to Haley Ford, Issuing Officer at hford@dot.ga.gov. The RFI is issued for market research and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to procure goods or services.
