The contract covers both commercial and residential grade kitchen equipment including ice machines, water filters, microwave ovens, coffee brewers, refrigerators, freezers, convection ovens, steamers, mixers, and other kitchen appliances as specified in the technical requirements. Pricing must be FOB destination with freight prepaid and installation included, with delivery required within 30 days of order receipt to secured National Guard facilities statewide. The contract has an initial one-year term with up to four additional one-year renewal options by mutual agreement. Awards will be made to the two lowest cost responsive bidders for each section (commercial and residential grade), with Wisconsin-certified minority-owned business enterprises (MBE) and disabled veteran-owned businesses (DVB) eligible for up to a 5% price preference.
