The selected vendor will be responsible for recruiting, testing, and scoring candidates, as well as providing comprehensive payroll and human resources services, including performance coaching, counseling, attendance management, sexual harassment and safety training, and workplace professionalism support.
The vendor will be expected to provide onsite payroll and HR services (1-2 days preferred) for the Resident Training Program and submit weekly invoices for payroll and human resources services for each temporary assignment as needed by agency departments. The training program is designed to be a two-year initiative that not only provides job training but also assists participants in developing skills necessary for future job placement, such as resume writing workshops and other professional development support. The overall goal is to help participants successfully complete the program and improve their employability in various professional sectors.
