About this file

This Request for Quote Form pertains to the New York State School Districts' Electrical Panel Replacement project, which involves the replacement of 25 three-phase electrical panels across multiple locations. The scope of work requires bidders to demolish existing panels, reuse existing feeders and branch circuits, and install new GE AQ type panels with breakers. Additional work includes repairing any brickwork on flush mount panels and reconnecting existing feeders and branch circuits to the new installations. The project encompasses comprehensive electrical panel testing, commissioning, and turnover procedures, including installation verification, pre-energization inspection, electrical testing, functional testing and commissioning, code and safety compliance verification, preventative maintenance prior to turnover, closeout documentation, owner training, and final acceptance. Field verification is required, and panel locations are provided in attached documentation.

No specific response dates, due dates, or award dates are identified in the file. The project contains no set-asides for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contracting, with all goals established at 0.00%. No incumbent contractor or prior awards for identical or substantially similar procurements within the past five years are identified. Pricing terms and funding sources are not detailed in this Request for Quote Form.
