About this file
This document contains questions and responses related to a Grants Management Training opportunity for the Governor's Office of Crime Prevention and Policy (GOCPP) in the state of Maryland.
The scope of work includes providing grants management training to stakeholders, with a focus on offering a "train the trainer" model with general training certifications. The training will take place over 6 hours per day, with the first session anticipated in March 2024, though the exact start date depends on the contract award. GOCCP prefers a vendor-proposed participant-to-trainer ratio for managing up to 150 attendees per session. The vendor will be required to develop new course materials, which will undergo a minimum of two drafts with a 1-2 week review turnaround by GOCPP staff. GOCPP does not have any existing instructor-led course materials to share. The vendor must provide all course materials in electronic and hard copy format, adhering to the State's policy on rights to final products. This is a new engagement, and there is no incumbent. The State of Maryland will not provide state contracts from other states, nor does it have an approximate budget for this training work.
