About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document issued by the University of Wisconsin-Parkside on May 17, 2021, addressing bidder inquiries related to Bid L21-023-O for Athletic Video Boards. The project involves the purchase and installation of two athletic video and scoring boards with 25-30 feet of video display, scorer's tables, and two clear shot clocks. The University specified that a maximum of 4 scorer's tables and a minimum of 3 scorer's tables are required, with equipment to fit within the available 25-30 feet of space. The University will provide power upgrades for all new equipment and flooring protection where work is to take place. A CAD drawing of the facility was made available to bidders to measure distances for data cabling requirements.

Prevailing wage and union labor requirements do not apply to this project, as Wisconsin's prevailing wage laws were repealed effective September 23, 2017, pursuant to the 2017 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59). Consequently, verified payroll documentation is not required from bidders. No pricing information, award dates, contract term details, or other financial terms are specified in this Questions and Answers document.
