The recurring time period of the interior testing is within every five (5) years, the pressure strength testing at latest every ten (10) years. Those technical safety inspections have to be executed per an appointed technical inspection organization - ZÜS (zugelassene Überwachungsstelle), so called TÜV or DEKRA. (BetrSichV, Para 15,16, annex 2, Article 1). The former sole determining TÜV Association got deregulated in the early 2000er years, through a liberalization process into the private sector. The plan shall include a description of the Contractor’s inspection system to include specifics as to areas to be inspected on a scheduled and unscheduled basis, frequency of inspections, and the title and organizational placement of the Contractor’s inspectors.
