Background
The Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Department of Commerce (DOC), is a government agency located in Seattle, WA, charged with the mission of stewardship for living marine resources. This is a critical service for the NWFSC. The dumpster shall be delivered to a mutually agreeable location on the NWFSC campus (2725 Montlake Blvd E., Seattle, WA 98112), in order to provide appropriate dumpster access to the vendor for scheduled pickups while remaining unobtrusive for daily facility operations.
3. The contractor shall remove the recycling collection dumpster at a mutually agreeable date/time after the final recycling materials pickup at expiration of contract.
4. The contractor shall provide once weekly pickup service of dumpster contents. The regular weekly pickup shall be scheduled between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. If regular pickup falls on a federal holiday, arrangements must be made to provide service on an alternate day.
5. The contractor’s vehicle(s) used for dumpster pickup/delivery and regular weekly materials pickup must be able to fit comfortably and safely through facility gates and on campus roads.
See Attachment 1 for a map, which includes road widths and clearances.
