About this file
The document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, seeking to purchase trade show and exhibit services from the International Fresh Produce Association. The agency intends to rent booth space for the "Fresh From Florida" pavilion at the International Fresh Produce Association Global Produce and Floral Show, with a contract term from the date of execution through June 30, 2026. The solicitation was posted on 05/30/2025, with the last day for receipt of information set for 06/20/2025.
The estimated total budget for this single-source acquisition is up to $500,000.00, with an approximate contract amount of $260,000.00. The purchase is authorized under Chapter 571, Part II of the Florida Statutes, which establishes the Florida Agricultural Promotional Campaign Act, with the purpose of promoting Florida agricultural commodities, value-added products, and agricultural-related businesses through marketing programs and trade show participation.
