About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. BPM006742 issued by the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office for Legal Processing, Notary and Related Services. The solicitation includes Attachment 09, which details proposed subcontractors for the contract.

The RFP involves ten proposed subcontractors, all designated as small businesses, who will perform Service of Process across various Arizona locations including Gilbert, Peoria, Phoenix, Tucson, Glendale, San Tan Valley, and Avondale. Each subcontractor is allocated 100% of their respective service responsibilities. The quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) measures include continuous monitoring through a centralized dispatch system, randomized audits of affidavits and service documentation, and internal review of completed serves by a Process Department before submission to the client. The subcontractors will verify consistency, completeness, and legal accuracy of service documentation.
