About this file
This document is a Contract Extension/Price Adjustment Amendment from the Arizona Game and Fish Department, involving Lohman Helicopter LLC of Lewiston, Idaho. The contract (CTR063933) is for Helicopter Wildlife Capture Services and is being extended through the Arizona state procurement process.
The amendment extends the contract for an additional 12 months, from 01/12/2024 to 01/12/2025, and includes a price increase across multiple service categories. The price adjustments range from 7.5% to 23.4% for various services, including helicopter capture and survey rates, mobilization fees, per-diem costs, and crew rates. The total price increase is 13.85% from the original bid, which falls within the boundaries of the Arizona Procurement Code. The pricing is deemed fair and reasonable based on market conditions, and a competitive procurement was determined to be less advantageous than extending the current contract.
