The document is a project overview for Oakland Plantation, Greenville County's newest regional park, focusing on showcasing the site's historical and natural features. The aerial and ground-level images depict a large tract of land located in a residential area, with an expansive green space featuring a prominent mature oak tree, a historic red barn, and a historic house. The project emphasizes the park's key attributes of "History, Nature & Happiness – All in One Place" and includes a location map showing its proximity to other local parks and infrastructure.

The images illustrate the park's diverse landscape, including wooded areas, open fields, historic structures, and gated access points. A vintage black and white photograph suggests the site's long historical significance, while the color images showcase the current state of the property. The location map indicates the park is situated near Interstate 85 and other Greenville County parks, suggesting it is part of a broader regional parks and recreation initiative. The visual presentation emphasizes the park's potential for preserving local history, providing natural recreational spaces, and offering a unique community asset that connects past and present.
