Q/A for P15PS00711 – Base Notice: IDIQ for Multi-Disciplinary A/E Design Services – Pacific West Regions March 18, 2015
1. QUESTION: Could you please confirm that Architectural Resources Group (contract # INP10PC60515) and OTAK Inc. (contract # INP10PC60516) are the incumbents for this work? Any information you are able to provide is greatly appreciated.
ANSWER: Yes, those are the two incumbents.
2. QUESTION: Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under solicitation number P15PS00711 contain requirements similar to a current contract? If possible, please provide the current contract number. Or, is this a new requirement for the government?
ANSWER: This is a current IDIQ, the vendors and contract numbers are listed under Question 1.
3. QUESTION: Will there be a full and open IDIQ?
ANSWER: Yes. A full and open Pacific West Region Base IDIQ will be posted early next week.
4. QUESTION: If we submitted during the Small Businesses Sources Sought, do we need to submit again?
ANSWER: Yes. Submit all the requirements in P15PS00711. If you previously responded about this IDIQ, it was intended solely to investigate the breadth of the small business, architect firm community and identify those small business architect firms that have the capability of performing as the lead firm in various architect-engineer projects for the National Park Service. That was used to determine that a small business set aside was feasible. Ensure your new submission meets all of the requirements in P15PS00711 and clearly shows the vendor can meet all the requirements.
