III. MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION SUPPORT

RLS is proud to introduce the individual staff members that comprise the proposed OTAP team. To respond to Ohio’s diverse transportation needs, RLS has assembled a team of professionals that, collectively, represent more than 200 years of experience not only working one-on-one with rural and small urban transit systems and human service transportation providers all over the country, but also working directly with State DOTs in very similar, if not identical, OTAP-types of projects. In addition to former transit managers, mobility managers, State DOT program managers, and former FTA staff, the team is comprised of nationally recognized trainers and experts that can respond to requests for assistance in 27 of the ODOT-identified topics. RLS has been privileged to have been a part of this successful program in the past and believes that it was and still is the model for ensuring that Ohio’s small urban and rural transit systems have the tools and resources they need to sustain critical transportation services for all Ohioans, and in particular older adults, individuals with disabilities, and people with low incomes.

As depicted on the Table of Organization (T/O) included in the Team Profile attachment, RLS President Robbie L. Sarles will serve as the Principal-in-Charge, responsible for the overall implementation of the contract.
