About this file

This document is Amendment No. 6 to a Mandatory Use Contract issued by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS), specifically for the State Printing and Mail Services Disaster Recovery contract. The contract involves IWCO Direct (Mail-Gard is a division of IWCO Direct), located in Warminster, PA, as the primary contractor. The amendment is from the DAS General Services Division, Office of Procurement Services, and is signed by Kathleen C. Madden, Director of the Department of Administrative Services.

The contract (No. OT903719) was originally effective from 01/01/19 to 12/31/21 and has been renewed multiple times. This specific amendment extends the contract for an additional 12 months, from 02/01/25 through 01/31/26, with all previous pricing, terms, and conditions remaining unchanged. The contract is available for use by the Department of Administrative Services, State Printing and Mail Services, and allows agencies to make purchases of listed supplies and services at their discretion. The document indicates that this is potentially the final renewal, as a previous amendment (Amendment No. 4) noted the contract would be rebid after its current expiration.
