About this file

This document is Oracle Master Agreement Amendment One, dated September 19, 2016, which amends the original Oracle Master Agreement US-GMA-578208 dated November 20, 2015, between the State of Wisconsin and Oracle America, Inc. The amendment was signed by Rick Hughes, Bureau Director for the State of Wisconsin on September 12, 2016, and Deborah Vaughn, Contracts Manager for Oracle America, Inc. on August 29, 2016.

The amendment specifically modifies the invoicing and payment terms for both hardware and program-related services under Schedules H and P respectively. For hardware-related service offerings, the amendment changes the invoicing structure so that fees are invoiced after performance rather than quarterly in arrears, while allowing technical support to continue being invoiced annually in advance. Similarly, for program-related service offerings, the amendment establishes that fees are invoiced after performance of the service offering, with technical support fees continuing to be invoiced quarterly in arrears. The amendment maintains that all other terms of the Master Agreement remain in full force and effect, with an effective date of September 19, 2016.
