About this file
This document is a procurement determination letter from the Arizona Department of Education's Office of Procurement, dated July 25, 2025, regarding a solicitation (No. BPM007007) for Government Relations Services. The document involves the Arizona Department of Education, the Strongin Group as the offeror, and is signed by Braulio Garcia, the Chief Procurement Officer.
The procurement concerns Government Relations Services with a proposed cost of $10,500 bi-weekly. The contract was awarded after receiving only one offer, which was evaluated and determined to be fair and reasonable based on consistency with historical pricing from a previous non-competitive contract (CTR075570). The Strongin Group was deemed responsive and responsible, with the proposed rate aligning with prior contract terms. The procurement follows Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-7-B309 guidelines for single-offer solicitations, with the procurement officer determining that awarding the contract is in the best interest of the state.
