United States Embassy Mexico City Date: August 22, 2025

Dear Prospective Offeror:

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for a vendor that can supply stanchions, signs and a variety of accessories (including delivery, assembly and installation/set-up) to be used in Consular spaces (indoor and outdoor) at the U.S. New Embassy Compound for crowd control purposes.

You are invited to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following sections:

1. Standard Form SF-18

2. Basic information, statement of work or specifications and technical qualifications.

3. Late quotation rules and evaluation method.

The Embassy plans to award a purchase order. You are encouraged to make your quotation as competitive as possible. In order not to jeopardize the solicitation process, please do not contact any other person in the U.S. Embassy. If you do so, the solicitation will be cancelled. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors regarding price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the U.S. Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.

Please read the RFQ carefully, and if you are interested, submit your quotation via e-mail (MexicoCityGSOSolicitations@groups.state.gov) to Mario Velarde by Monday, September 8, 2025, at 16:00 hrs. Local Time (Mexico City).

No proposals will be accepted after this time and oral quotations will not be accepted.
