About this file

This is a Disclosure Statement issued by Events DC, a District of Columbia government agency, establishing conflict-of-interest disclosure requirements for principals bidding on a Twenty-Four (24) Hour Campus Security Services contract. The statement requires all bidders to disclose any past or present business, familial, or personal relationships with members of the Events DC Board of Directors and key staff personnel. The Events DC Board consists of eleven members including Chairman Leif Dormsjo, and the organization's key staff includes President and Chief Executive Officer Angie M. Gates and various senior leadership positions across operations, finance, human resources, and procurement functions.

Bidders must submit a signed and dated disclosure statement addressing all enumerated board and staff members. If no relationships exist, a signed statement confirming the absence of relationships is acceptable. Where relationships do exist, bidders must provide a detailed description of the nature of those relationships and include a certification of accuracy signed by each principal involved in the bid. This disclosure requirement applies to the security services procurement for the Robert F. Kennedy Stadium Campus, a comprehensive facility requiring twenty-four hour, seven-day-a-week security coverage across multiple areas including fields, festival grounds, parking lots, and other campus facilities.
