Task 2: how many NWS team members on the coordination calls? - ~5

Task 7: Is the vendor expected to design the report? - We would expect the vendor to provide a written report that they organize and write.

Task 7: What is the approximate length of the expected report body (excluding appendices)? - Whatever it takes to address the questions and research needed.

Task 7: What is the range for the number of infographics or figures expected in the report? - Up to the vendor... - the amount of figures or graphics will be whatever it takes to adequately convey the research findings.

Task 7: Is the vendor expected to prepare a powerpoint presentation for the meeting to review the final report? If not, will the consultant team receive fewer points if others bid a PPT presentation? - Yes, it would be good to have the final report, the related data/metadata, an Executive Summary of findings and a final powerpoint presentation would be acceptable.

Task 7 Will the report be publicly accessible (beyond FOIA) and if so where will it be located? - Yes. It will be on the NOAA Institutional Repository and the NWS Vlab/Webpage and potentially other NOAA hosted site.

Is vendor travel expected? - Depending on the chosen methodology, travel may be needed. We expect the methodology to be worked out early in the process.

What would be expected to be fedexed in hard copy? - No need for a hard copy.
