About this file
This is a Participating Addendum Number 505ENT-O25-POWERTOOLS-03 between the State of Wisconsin and Northern Safety Co., Inc. for Professional Grade Tools & Diagnostic Equipment. The addendum allows Wisconsin to participate in NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Number OK-SW-818-800, which was originally executed between Northern Safety Co., Inc. and the State of Oklahoma. The contract is effective as of November 30, 2023, or the date of the last signature, whichever is later, and will terminate upon termination of the Master Agreement unless terminated sooner. The agreement may be used by all state agencies, institutions of higher education, cities, counties, districts, and other political subdivisions of the state, as well as nonprofit organizations within Wisconsin if authorized by law.
The contract covers professional grade tools and diagnostic equipment, with all services available through the Master Agreement offered to purchasing entities. The scope includes equipment leasing, equipment trade-in programs, and allows contractor partners such as subcontractors, dealers, distributors, and resellers identified on the contractor's NASPO ValuePoint webpage to provide products and services. Northern Safety Co., Inc. must submit quarterly itemized purchasing activity reports within 30 days after each quarter ends, detailing order information, quantities, pricing, and contract spend totals. The State of Wisconsin may terminate the contract at any time with 30-day written notice, and Wisconsin's Standard Terms and Conditions take precedence over NASPO ValuePoint terms in case of conflicts. The contractor has agreed to participate in Wisconsin's Cooperative Purchasing Service, allowing municipalities to purchase through this addendum.
