About this file
This is a Participating Addendum (Number 505ENT-O25-POWERTOOLS-01) between the State of Wisconsin and Hilti, Inc. allowing Wisconsin to participate in NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Number OK-SW-818-500 originally executed between Hilti and the State of Oklahoma. The agreement enables all Wisconsin state agencies, institutions of higher education, cities, counties, districts, and other political subdivisions, as well as authorized nonprofit organizations, to purchase professional grade tools and diagnostic equipment through this cooperative purchasing arrangement. Hilti, Inc. is headquartered at 5400 South 122nd East Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74146-600.
The contract covers professional grade tools and diagnostic equipment, with all services, equipment leasing options, and equipment trade-in programs available through the Master Agreement accessible to Wisconsin purchasing entities. Hilti's authorized subcontractors, dealers, distributors, resellers, and other partners may also provide products and services under this addendum. The participating addendum became effective November 30, 2023, and will continue until the underlying NASPO ValuePoint master agreement terminates. Wisconsin requires quarterly itemized purchasing activity reports from Hilti detailing order information, pricing, and contract spend, due within 30 days after each quarter ends. The state reserves the right to terminate the contract with 30-day written notice, and municipalities within Wisconsin may participate in cooperative purchasing through this agreement as authorized by Wisconsin statutes.
