About this file
This document is a NASPO ValuePoint Participating Addendum for Small Package Delivery Services, establishing a contract between UPS (the Contractor) and the State of North Dakota. The addendum is led by the State of Utah and is part of the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. It enables the North Dakota State Procurement Office to utilize the master agreement, allowing state agencies, institutions of higher education, cities, counties, districts, other government entities, nonprofit organizations, tribal agencies, and transportation providers to potentially access small package delivery services.
The contract covers the entire scope of small package delivery services available through the master agreement, with specific modifications for North Dakota. The participating addendum is open-ended, meaning the estimated volume is not predetermined. It allows authorized entities to purchase UPS small package delivery services, with participation being optional. The contract incorporates UPS's Rate and Service Guide and Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service as outlined in the original NASPO master agreement. The addendum went into effect three weeks after the last signature, which occurred on 3/16/2022 (North Dakota) and 3/17/2022 (UPS), and will terminate upon the expiration or termination of the master agreement.
