Introduction

Instructions of Site Visit

Remain with group, even if badged This presentation, including the sign-in sheets, will be posted as part of an amendment to the solicitation (everyone must sign in) Procedures for asking and presenting questions All questions shall be submitted in writing Questions are due no later than April 26, 2016 Q&As will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation

Instructions of Site Visit Photography- pictures can be taken during this site visit Safety No Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required No smoking, except in designated smoking areas

Acquisition Information This acquisition is a Total HUBZone Set-Aside In accordance with FAR 19.1303(d), To be eligible for a HUBZone contract, a HUBZone small business concern must be a HUBZone small business concern both at the time of its initial offer and at the time of contract award.

A HUBZone small business concern agrees that in the performance of the contract, in the case of a contract for— General construction, at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract performance to be incurred for personnel will be spent on the concern’s employees (FAR 52.219-3 Alternate I (d)(3)&(4))

Acquisition Information Magnitude of project: $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00

Period of Performance- a total of 360 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP)

The bid items include a base bid and 11 additives.

Amendments

Continue to monitor the solicitation on line All amendments to solicitation must be acknowledged in block 19 of the Standard Form 1442, Solicitation, Offer and award.

Failure of your acknowledgement may result in rejection of offer

Invitation for Bid Due Date

Invitation for Bid (IFB) Due Date and Bid Opening May 11, 2016,01:30 p.m. PDT Original Bid + 1 copy Bids will be opened at that time and the apparent successful bidder will be announced

Closing Remarks

Everything said at this site visit is not binding. All official changes to the IFB will be issued via a written amendment.
