About this file

This document is a contract extension letter between Securus Monitoring (a subsidiary of Aventiv) and the North Dakota State Procurement Office, pertaining to the extension of NASPO's Electronic Monitoring Master Agreement No. 00212 and North Dakota's associated Participating Addendum. The letter is dated July 18, 2023, and is signed by Paula Haines, Corporate Counsel for Aventiv, and addressed to Chad Keech from the North Dakota State Procurement Office.

The contract extension is for electronic monitoring services and will remain in effect until December 31, 2023, or until a new NASPO Electronic Monitoring master agreement is established. The extension maintains all existing terms, conditions, prices, and price discounts from the original agreement. While specific financial details are not provided in the document, the extension ensures continuity of electronic monitoring services for the North Dakota Department of Corrections, with all previous contractual provisions remaining in full force, including survivorship clauses that protect various contract elements even after termination.
