About this file

This statement of work and special notice describe a requirement for ongoing maintenance services for a government-licensed RayStation treatment planning system software. The National Cancer Institute within the National Institutes of Health requires maintenance services for RayStation software used for radiation oncology treatment planning and research. The software must be maintained to avoid treatment delays. The statement of work provides details on software licenses, response times, personnel qualifications and the period of performance for the base year and two option years. The National Cancer Institute intends to issue a purchase order on a sole-source basis to RaySearch Americas, the original developer and distributor. The special notice requests capability statements from any interested parties by a specified response date but indicates the government will likely not compete the requirement. Responses should include business size and socioeconomic status.
